Fix peak_right_extension default

The default peak_right_extension, controlling how far we integrate to the right of each peak, is set to 30 ns. This is too short if no pulse filter is applied. This fixes the default to match that of save_outside_hits: 200 ns. For converted 1T data, we keep 30 ns since we are applying a pulse filter.
