This changes the XENONnT processing to use the 1300V PMT gains presented by @GiovanniVolta, and updates the hitfinder thresholds to reflect the raised ADC threshold for channel 453. These settings should be good for processing data from the filterbox installation (9 April) to the date the voltage was increased to 1400V (28 April). For processing later data we will need a run- or voltage- dependent model.

I moved the code and data for PMT gains into a separate file gain_models.py, and likewise for the hitfinder threshold to hitfinder_threshold.py
