undying bootstrax - ignore any erros

This might be a future idea to have at least one bootstrax instance running with this proposed --undying flag. It's effectively the same as force restarting bootstrax as a service.

Personally, I think we should try minimizing using this option while we are still in the commissioning phase such that we are sure not to miss edge cases that might cause crashes. Additionally, we could add a warning system to the while loop proposed here to alarm one of the daq people that something odd is crashing.
