What is the problem / what does the code in this PR do In https://github.com/XENONnT/straxen/pull/236 we changed the context-setup. However I forgot that this affects the documentation. Fix it here.

The documentation was using a seperate context. This context is now using the xenonnt_online context like it shoud.
